(Reuters) – A Georgetown College undergraduate enmeshed within the U.S. school admissions scandal sued the varsity on Wednesday to dam it from revoking his tutorial credit or expelling him, after his father pleaded responsible to conspiring to commit fraud.

Adam Semprevivo, who not too long ago accomplished his junior 12 months, objected to what he referred to as Georgetown’s “arbitrary” and “capricious” disciplinary course of, together with its refusal to let him switch to a different college together with his credit intact.
