WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The senior Democrat on the Federal Communications Fee on Wednesday criticized the FCC’s assessment of the proposed $26.5 billion tie-up of Dash Corp and T-Cellular US Inc, saying Republican commissioners moved towards approving the merger with out enough financial and authorized evaluation.
