(Reuters) – Weapons N’ Roses has settled a lawsuit through which it accused the Colorado brewery Oskar Blues of trademark infringement for promoting Weapons ‘N’ Rosé ale and merchandise with out permission.

Based on a Monday court docket submitting by the rock band’s attorneys, each side agreed in precept to choose July 31, and are engaged on a written settlement that will result in the lawsuit’s dismissal.
