WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Senator Lindsey Graham and Consultant Hal Rogers urged President Donald Trump on Friday to drop deliberate “sweeping and indiscriminate” overseas assist cuts, becoming a member of a refrain of lawmakers opposing what they think about a bid to sidestep Trump’s personal finances deal.
