San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice has introduced an unique collaboration with visitor chef Matthias Schmidberger, holder one Michelin star from Restaurant Cà d’Oro in St-Moritz.

On September 19-20, on the fine-dining Acquerello Restaurant, company can savour a four-hands particular menu, created by government chef Giorgio Schifferegger, along with Schmidberger.

The menu will have fun the delicacies of Schifferegger, who chooses solely native and regional components for his programs devoted to the Venetian custom however refined by his creativity.
