NEW YORK (Reuters) – A federal appeals court docket revived a lawsuit by Spirit Airways passengers who mentioned the low-cost service blindsided them by imposing sudden carry-on bag charges on tickets purchased by way of Cheapoair, Expedia, Priceline and Travelocity.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Courtroom of Appeals in Manhattan mentioned 22 passengers may sue for breach of contract as a result of there was no proof that Spirit promptly notified them concerning the charges, and there have been “ambiguities” within the costs…
