LONDON (Reuters) – British overseas minister Dominic Raab informed U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday he was upset by a U.S. choice to let a diplomat’s spouse who was concerned in a deadly automotive crash use diplomatic immunity to depart Britain.
